Taco Salad Supreme
We have this meal at least once a week - it is a never-fail-to-please meal, and it's also fast and easy.

Ingredients

ground beef

black beans
(precooked)

cheddar cheese
(grated)

lettuce chopped

avocado, cubbed

lime, sliced in wedges

Instructions

Brown the ground beef and season it with taco seasoning or a mixture of oregano, chile powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper.

Heat beans and put in a bowl. Chop, slice, and prepare all toppings and place out in individual bowls. Grate cheese.

Place all ingredients, including chips, sour cream, all toppings, meat and beans out salad-bar-style. Each person will layer their taco salad in this order (or as they please):
Chips, meat, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, squeeze of lime juice, sour cream.
