Pie Crust

This makes 1 pie crust.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cup flour (white and wheat mixed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 3 tbsp very cold milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
  1. Mix and knead smooth. Roll out with rolling pin. Fold in half and then in half again. Pick up the crust and lay it in one corner of a deep dish pie pan. Unfold and press into pan. Pinch edges to form a nice edge.
