Buttermilk Pancakes

raw cane sugar

fresh eggs

buttermilk

butter, melted

vanilla
Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl beat eggs and buttermilk together, slowly adding melted butter.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Do not over-mix.

Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter into buttered hot skillet. When the top of the batter begins to bubble and the pancake has risen, flip it over and brown the other side.

Serve pancakes with maple syrup, butter, whipped cream, and fresh fruit.
