Life inside a package appearing worn and weak

Begins unfolding in the dark, vibrant hopeful leaves

Growing like a story, beginning at the end

Motivated by the sunshine, strengthened by the wind

Nourished by rainfall, reaching upward, (or around)

Ever becoming stronger, rests deeper in the ground

Joyful in diversity, single in desire

To reach the Sun, smile in his face, bloom, and then expire.

No fear compels Life to decline or hesitate

Life now spreading outward, does not falter, does not wait

Root beneath the soil of Lives who gave with joyful will

Offered to the Sunshine, three, five, eight, and counting still. . .

The seeds of Life to come.
